We seek and collaborate with local Indy Brewers, who care about lager quality and meet Czech Pilsner standards.
We also carry chosen original Czech brands, imported to Australia, which allow us to benchmark and experience

Our beer is always poured by a professional tapster into the right, and immaculately cleaned glass, at the right temperature, to reveal its full flavour and aroma, how it was intended by the brewer.
